How to update your account and top-up via the App
How to update account details:
1. Log into your parkbytext account via the website.
2. Edit the details you require on the ‘my account’ page.
3. Ensure you select ‘save account settings’ at the bottom of the page.
How to top up your account via the app
1. Sign into your parkbytext account.
2. Select ‘my account’.
3. Select top-up. (bottom of screen, £ symbol)
4. Select top-up amount.
5. Ensure your card details are all correct.
